In case of emergency power failure, the high pressure water will remain in the high pressure system, and once the power comes back on, the residual high pressure water will be sprayed out, so don't go near the cutting head at this time. After reconnecting the power, the residual high pressure water must be removed.

Second, ensure the safety of the high-pressure pipe. Generally speaking, the high-pressure pipe and the booster will not have problems, and what is prone to problems is mainly the leakage of high-pressure water. Therefore, replace the sealing components regularly according to the instructions for use. At the same time, choose a reasonable way to cut off the water, pay attention to whether there is high-pressure water seepage, once found, immediately press the emergency stop button to stop the high-pressure system. In addition, the cooling of the high-pressure system is also worth noting. The high pressure system will generate high temperature if it hesitates to pressurize and friction when working. If it cannot be cooled effectively, the service life of sealing parts and various high-pressure components will be affected. If this temperature is maintained for a long time, the service life of the high-pressure system will be greatly reduced, and it is also very easy to cause danger. Therefore, some products are equipped with high temperature protection function, over the set temperature, the system will automatically shut down to ensure safety. For those without temperature protection, users need to pay attention to the temperature change of the equipment to prevent accidents.

Finally, waterjet cutting machines generally have a high pressure range of use. The pressure of the waterjet cutting machine is adjustable. Rated high pressure 300MPa waterjet cutting machine will cause serious wear and tear on the waterjet if it works for a long time at full load. Generally speaking, 2cm thick steel plate in 260Mpa will achieve the desired speed and effect, the general use of 260-280Mpa is best. There is also the purity of the water.
